AI Drill Expert

AI Drill Expert is a knowledge-based drilling solution that is able to automate all hole machining operations such as drilling, tapping, reaming, boring etc. according to the user-defined knowledge-base. Once designers complete a tool design drawing created using AI Tool Design, the hole machining NC for all the plates can be generated automatically within a few clicks. It is possible to generate the NC for the top and bottom of the plate automatically at one go based on the knowledge-base defined by users. For normal AutoCAD drawing, AI Drill Expert comes with functions to convert the circles into holes that can be used for machining quickly.

AI Mill Expert

AI Mill Expert supports 2D milling operations such as profiling, pocketing, pocketing with islands, path opening, single block, pencil milling etc. It also supports advanced 2D milling such as profile with taper and top bottom radius, profile with multiple tapers. In addition, users can draw the wall shape to allow the system to machine the profile based on the shape. All these milling operations can be done easily with AI Mill Expert. For faster programming, users can setup the machining knowledge-base so that the system can generate the NC from roughing to finishing instantly by just apply the knowledge-based features on the selected profile.
